Environmental Storytelling interactive video game level created within unreal engine. 
I built a digital artifact in Unreal Engine to investigate and explore environmental storytelling in an interactive medium. To do this, I created an interactive level and had participants trial the level, whilst I collected data, and I believe all the skills I used to undertake this project would translate very well to this role of Game Designer. To ensure my artifact was successful, it had to be meticulously planned out, which was initially done through grey boxing. I then had to implement feedback from test audiences to fix bugs in the level prior to completion, so I am well versed in identifying issues and coming up with solutions to problems, as well as having great attention to detail to build a world that feels immersive. I chose to do this for my Honours Project as I know from experience playing different types of games how important the immersive world and objectives within it are to the enjoyment of a game, so I wanted to challenge myself to use skills learned throughout my degree to create a level that fits the bill.
